“Looking for helium without bursting your budget? This place is for you. I searched high and low for a way to blow up 12 big foil balloons that were sent to me via Amazon. It got to the point where I was considering renting a Uhaul van for 30/40 bucks and transporting them from a dollar store that would help me out. A2Z got me together and they were nice about it. $36 ish for the smallest tank and I could keep it a week if I wanted. I took that sucker right back and got my deposit (they hold $100 to make sure they get their things back). Over all super pleasant experience.”

“Many thanks to the incredible bakery staff !!!! My granddaughter had a college graduation party and I ordered 120 cupcakes at my Canton Michigan location. Not only were the cupcakes done on time, they were delicious !!!!!! I ordered 5 different decorations on the graduate cupcakes and these awesome people did a GREAT job !!!! Many thanks. I will recommend this store and bakery anytime !!!!”
“Love how clean the place is and the ability to use scan and go to avoid lines and self checkout. However the one star removed was because the member service representative was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t have a name tag like others so I had to ask someone. Please teach Christian some basic customer service skills or remove them from interacting with customers.”

“These guys came in clutch! Im so happy they could help me. The holidays are so dang busy with tire sales that the call center books these guys back to back with no room for squeezing in a tire change on the weekends. As soon as they pull a car out, they pull a new one in. My tire was ordered but I couldn't make time on my schedule for an appointment yet but fate had other plans. My front tire, completely flat from a deep freeze we had, needed to be changed and these guys squeezed me in, made good on their word and did it all before close on a Sunday. I did look over the gentleman's shoulder too so I could see he had absolutely no time for me. They called me right before close and not only could they just do the 1 tire I needed but they completed my whole order. They are so good! This team deserves some good notice! Thanks guys!”
“Members only wholesale Grocery and wholesale goods store Membership is 60$ and Executive Membership is $120 If you fill Gas here every week which is atleast 10 cents cheaper than what the rate is in the Area sold in other gas stations - you have covered the membership fees. I am not fully convinced Costco is the best place to shop for your daily needs; especially for a family as small as ours. You are buying in bulk and storing it in the house; sometimes for a year if you dont use as much kitchen paper (for example) The good things although are - customer service is good; the checkout lines moves fast even on the weekends! ; the produce is good quality and lasts! Indian food and seasonal indian items are available too. Some times they have big furniture or other seasonal household items on sale right when you need them; which saves you money too.”
“The pharmacists were very knowledgeable and helpful about my pet meds. They gave me information that my vet did not give me. There prices are the best around and even comparable if not better that online pharmacies and you do not have to be a member to use their pharmacy services.”

“Took in to get my tire replaced after 4 days being at the Costco no one called and when i called then they said vehicle is ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the center they tell me they did not even started working on it. They said I can wait and they will get it replaced right away so I waited outside and after 2 hours so response. Very frustrating and not professional. I would not recommend their service.
Update: Manager was very considerate and handled my situation very professionally.”
