“Had a fraudulent charge on my debit card. Went to Pontiac office, was serviced by Jennie. She was very efficient, informative and took care of the situation and explained what would happen going forward. Got a new card, Pin number within 10 minutes.
So glad the lobby is open now to have the interaction with a real person.

“24hrs ATM just 3 min away from my home is what I like about this place. ATM is located inside the building so you need to tap or insert your card outside the building to gain access inside. I think it's just an additional security from their side but I got my work done so I'm happy with it?”
