Just a bunch of tough loving ladies that tell you exactly what you need to do to take care of your animal properly without trying to scam you out of extra money. I've heard people call them rude, but they aren't. They are direct, and some people are too sensitive for that. They obviously love all the animals that walk through the door and treat them like family.
