Pet Grooming
Love 4 Dogs LLC
3085 S Baldwin Rd, OrionWe have been taking our sweet vinni to love4dogs since they opened. the first two pictures were some of the first times he was groomed here at 2 yo. the last three pictures depict my last experience here w him, now 9 years old. i had some health complications the last year and it has been quite some time since he had a full grooming service. he was in shambles (3rd picture) and when i picked him up two hours later he looked like brand new dog and i couldnt be happier, he couldnt either! i just know he is feeling much better and it wouldnt have been possible without the team here. Since the beginning of our experience w them, they have been nothing but kind, understanding, and thoughtful. It is so heart warming to walk into an establishment and them to know your dog by his name. From the customer service from staff and their wonderful owners to the level of professionalism and care from their grooming team, they go above and beyond in all ways. We are moving out of state and devastated thinking about how today was our last time here. Vinni was always so happy after his grooms and I worry about finding another establishment as professional and caring as this one where we are moving to. Thank you, love4dogs, for everything you have done for Vinni. <3

A Round of Appaws
1298 S Lapeer Rd, OrionWe moved to the area within the past year and have tried a couple different groomers in the area without satisfaction. Well, third times a charm! Trisha did an absolutely amazing job grooming our Golden Retriever, Ellie. She’s never been so pretty! We will definitely be returning.

Pet Care
Lake Orion Veterinary Hospital
785 North Lapeer Road, Lake OrionZachary and Bella Heil
The team are all kind, friendly and polite, they do a good job of explaining issues, treatments, and recovery–they never once treated a question like it was a stupid question! Great, fair prices too, and they're more than willing to work with you in that regard. When we get another pet, I hope Dr. Morris can take us. ❤️
Content Warning: Discussion of Euthanasia
When we made the decision to put my Bella down after nearly 14 years I was understandably devastated, but the compassion Dr. Morris and the rest of the staff showed made a terrible afternoon a little bit easier. The room they provided was private ù quiet with calming white noise. They had some treats you could give her as the time went on. Hershey kisses in a little jar labeled 'goodbye kisses', these small things also made it a little easier.
I felt like we were the focus of the staff at the time (although I am sure they continued the business as normal) it made me feel supported and taken care of. The entire staff is angels, I could of not asked for a better team or facility for that moment. I'm glad it happened there, I'm sure Bella is grateful too. Thank you so very much to Dr. Morris, Jen and the rest of the team.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt
4713 S Baldwin Rd, OrionI can’t recommend this Menchie’s enough! The staff here are truly the best, they are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely make every visit a great experience. From the moment I walk in, they greet me with a smile and treat me like family. Their customer service is exceptional, and it’s clear they care about every person who comes through the door.
The frozen yogurt always tastes incredibly fresh, and the toppings are well-stocked and delicious. The store is also spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about how much pride they take in their business.
There are other Menchie’s locations much closer to my home, but I choose to drive to this one every time because I know I can trust them. I know I’ll receive amazing service, a clean environment, and great-quality frozen yogurt with every visit.
Thank you to the entire team for consistently going above and beyond. You make your customers feel valued and appreciated, and that’s why I’ll keep coming back. I highly recommend this Menchie’s to anyone looking for delicious frozen yogurt and outstanding customer service!
