3071 S Baldwin Rd, OrionI was recommended this place and told that they are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive with the dogs they groom. Since I live near Grosse Pointe and am very particular about Susie Elizabeth's care, I was initially hesitant. However, after hearing such positive things, I decided to make the nearly hour-long drive.
I was not disappointed.
From the moment we walked in, I was impressed. The staff took the time to greet me warmly and made me feel welcome while I waited for Susie. As a husky, Susie can be quite dramatic and anxious, especially in new situations. Since this was her first professional grooming experience, I was naturally nervous as well.
The owner personally took the time to ensure that Susie was comfortable and relaxed, especially while having her nails clipped. That level of care and attention meant a great deal to me. Not only was Susie treated with kindness and patience, but every dog I observed during our visit received the same exceptional care.
I cannot speak highly enough about the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team. I truly hope they expand to a location on the east side someday, but until then, I will happily make the drive knowing my beloved Susie Elizabeth is receiving the outstanding care she deserves.

Trisha did an absolutely amazing job grooming our Golden Retriever, Ellie. She’s never been so pretty! We will definitely be returning.

She does a very nice job on the rest of him too.
He doesn't need to be there all day. It's a breeze and they care about your doggo.

The team are all kind, friendly and polite, they do a good job of explaining issues, treatments, and recovery–they never once treated a question like it was a stupid question! Great, fair prices too, and they're more than willing to work with you in that regard. When we get another pet, I hope Dr. Morris can take us. ❤️

When we made the decision to put my Bella down after nearly 14 years I was understandably devastated, but the compassion Dr. Morris and the rest of the staff showed made a terrible afternoon a little bit easier. The room they provided was private ù quiet with calming white noise. They had some treats you could give her as the time went on. Hershey kisses in a little jar labeled 'goodbye kisses', these small things also made it a little easier.
I felt like we were the focus of the staff at the time (although I am sure they continued the business as normal) it made me feel supported and taken care of. The entire staff is angels, I could of not asked for a better team or facility for that moment. I'm glad it happened there, I'm sure Bella is grateful too. Thank you so very much to Dr. Morris, Jen and the rest of the team.
