When my dog became seriously ill, Dr. Zelten and staff were compassionate and help during a stressful time. Their genuine concern for me and my little one made a difficult situation much easier to handle.
I never felt pressured into unnecessary tests or treatment, and was particularly thankful after switching from another one who behaved very differently.
I highly recommend Jeffrey Animal Hospital to anyone looking for genuine and trustworthy care.

I brought my super sick kitty here after leaving a previous vet where I didn’t feel they were treating my cat quickly or aggressively enough. He was getting sicker and sicker before my eyes. I brought him here and Dr. Lafferty and Dr. Rozenbaum both sat and listened to me throughout multiple appointments and helped figure out a detailed plan of what to do next. He couldn’t walk, use the litterbox, and he started to lose weight very quickly. We quickly found out my cat had FIP, and started the treatment and now 62 days later he is almost completely back to health! He likely wouldn’t have made it without Dr. Lafferty and Dr. Rozenbaum, and the whole AVMC team. You can tell how much all of them care from every phone call to every visit. 10/10 would recommend!

Whatever mistake you make she’s there to lead you thru the correction in a positive way. Each piece of equipment is taught weekly. So, you know where you have been and where you’re going next. The structure makes it a comfortable learning environment for both your pet and yourself. So, if you have an anxious pooch, as I do, this has been a huge plus to our achievement without any unwanted incidences. Thank you! We look forward to our classes!!!
