“Note this location is no longer called Villa. Looks exactly the same inside.. Same stuff. Not much of a selection for women which is why i gave 4 stars. Caters to men and kids. Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked. UPDATE:
BEEN TWICE IN LAST 2 WEEKS. SERVICE SUCKS. TEENAGE STAff STAND AROUND GOSSIPING DONT OFFER TO HELP I HAD TO GRAB THE SHOES I WANTED AND GO FIND SOME ONE TO GET THEM. I SPENT OVER 200 BUCKS. LIKE THE STORE BUT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. NO ONE GREETED ME OR CAME TO SEE IF I WANTED ANYTHING. TOO MUCH GOSSIPING, 3 GIRL STAFF STOOD NEXT TO US GABBING AND SAID NOTHING TO US BUT ACTED IRRITATED WE INTERRUPTED THEM TO BUY SHOES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. WENT BACK NEXT WEEK TO GET THE DUNKS I WANTED AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR YOUNG MAN WORKING AND TAKE THE SHOES OFF THE WALL TO HIM TO GET THEM. DO BETTER.”

It is very difficult for me to find good shoes that work well for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe. She observed me and the issues my feet presented. She made some great suggestions, but unfortunately I did not purchase from fleet feet because none of their stores in the area had what I needed based upon my time constraints. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist anymore, it is so refreshing to work with someone like Miriam, who is customer focused and truly wants what is best for the individuals needs and is not just there to make a sale. “This place is huge! The guy inside (might be the owner lol) was extremely friendly and helpful with me buying new shoes. They even have a clearance section as well. This place is in a fairly quiet part of town so it's easy to park there. Definitely worth checking out!”

“It’s been a few years since I have refreshed my wardrobe, and I heard about this store through Facebook. After messaging Erik a few times, I let him know what I was looking for and when I was coming in. He already had many outfits picked out for me, in my size, ready to try on! I arrived at the store with my daughter (almost 3), and I let him know that she will be shopping with me. My daughter and his dog Kylie quickly become best friends, he had on some fun music for us, and when we were looking around the store, all the items we were looking at were already picked out in the dressing room. I’m looking forward to shopping here again.”

I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size. I was so happy, so very pleased and I completely forget the ladies name, and I even asked her for her name, And I still forgot my apologies however, The other employee that was also working, was just as polite I will definitely keep returning to this location As well, I recommend this location specifically Keep up the good work happy holidays”
