“As far as the customer service goes at this branch I've had nothing but a very professional experience as well as friendly which has not been the case with some other neighboring branch locations. “They are so kind. I got a text that looked just like it was from advia they wanted to know if I had made a couple out of state transactions and if I hadn't to call the number on the text. I called and a man answered just like advia and I ended giving away too much info. I got scammed I had to close the account. The scammer used my information to spend my money but advia replaced my money and investigated. They always get me back on track.”
