“I love banking here. The only few things I wish they would improve on is......1. A 24 call number for fraudulent issues or any card issues. This would make it super convenient for those who have the issues on the weekends and then can resolve it right then and there.2. Mobile banking upgrade. Yes I know they have the mobile app, but does it offer online adding of your check like Huntington? No.3. Could we have more branches in the near future?4. Have card image choices.I just don’t want to make the decision to leave a very well managed bank because they don’t want to upgrade services. I love coming here!”
