“My mother and I visited this location and we had a wonderful experience. My mom was being scammed by MetroPCS on Westnedge. After being their customer for over 10 years, they began telling her that she needed to pay $300 to keep her phone number. They wanted to force her to get a new line so they could reap the benefits.
We came here to T-Mobile and we are very happy with them. Roderick, who deserves a promotion, was awesome! He was super helpful, he made sure everything was right for her and setup. He gave her the best deals he could find. We walked out very happy with our experience. Definitely recommend this company and this location.”
