After being their customer for over 10 years, they began telling her that she needed to pay $300 to keep her phone number. They wanted to force her to get a new line so they could reap the benefits.
We came here to T-Mobile and we are very happy with them. Roderick, who deserves a promotion, was awesome! He was super helpful, he made sure everything was right for her and setup.
