“It had quality goods and most of the staff were quite friendly with the exception of cashier who was just a tad to overt. As an introvert I found her constant chatter and refusal to allow me a moment to process what she was telling me to be very off putting.
Edit: I just went back. Same quality goods and the staff were friendly without being overbearing. 10/10 would go back!”

“I love jeans that last. Every pair I have bought from here have lasted forever. Today went in for my daughter Ella helped us from the get go. My kid who is not a Jean fan walked out with one pair she really liked and looking at ordering a second pair online because they did not have it in store. She offered to order for us but we said we would hold off for now.

“I had an awesome experience. I don't Shop here but I finally did, & Amya,& Marie were Gr8! The ladies that work here are awesome customer service people. Very courteous & helpful. I like this store. I thought it was for young girls so I didn't bother going in but they have comfy hoodies,& nice joggers as well as shirts that my older age can wear. Thank you Marie,& Amya for a Gr8 shopping experience. Pictures later when I unpack them to try on!”
“I visited Macy's today to buy a raincoat. Of course it's already raining. Found one! Still a good selection. Can always count on them.
Sadly, when walking through Macy's, I could feel It coming to an end soon, at least here. There were a few customers. And the one lady on the floor was very helpful.

“I attended a fashion show last weekend where Chico's clothes were featured. All the outfits the models wore were wonderful and I wanted them all. I popped into the Crossroads store the following Monday and came out with an awesome polka dot top and red pants. The sales ladies are so fun to work with. I can definitely tell they love their job and believe in the Chico's brand.”
