“Mike is the best auto detailer in the mid Michigan area. I have been taking my cars to him for nearly 30 years and wouldn’t trust anybody but Mike. He takes his time and keeps my cars looking new. He is pretty well known for fixing other detailers mistakes and also is great with boats, corvettes, and other vehicles that are difficult in nature.”
“This car wash is great. Only issue I've run into is the 2nd bay the button for the credit card slot isn't super responsive and it jammed and gave me an extra 11 min when I just needed 2”
“This is one of the best overall carwash around. They have numerous automatic washing bays, self wash, they even have a car dryer for when you are done, if you would like. The only downside would be, they need to install more/ get bigger trash cans as current doesn't meet standard. As every time I go there, trash is left next to the vacuum area on top of the receptacle. I would recommend this carwash for sure! Good job guys 👍”

“Nice touchless carwash. Touchless rarely gets my truck totally clean and this one was no different. I did like that they had a big bucket of soapy water and a long handled brush to do a prewash beforehand.”
“The machine was broken and took my money without giving the wash, however when I called the customer service line they were prompt with the refund and were able to fix the issue quickly. Good service for my car and great customer service.”
“The automatic touchless wash is my favorite wash in the Lansing area. I was surprised it was only $10 for the full package. The color changing light is super cool and fun for the kids! This car wash is always so clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend!”

“Shout out to Mister Car Wash in Grand Ledge. I pulled in this afternoon to discuss a billing issue. Rather than being directed to the app, a website, or a company hotline, the attendant (a man…possibly the manager???) listened to my issue, took down my information, and said he would follow up with the company so I wouldn’t have to spend time calling myself and re-explain the situation. In less than an hour he called me to share the resolution. He had taken care of everything. Good customer service seems rare lately, but the help from Mister Car Wash in Grand Ledge went beyond good customer service.”
