That doesn't always happen at other carriers in my past experience. I'm not tech savvy -- Hudson was very patience & never talked over our heads. “I was an unhappy Wow cable customer. Switched to another "service" that is available in the Wow area. After they cheated me out of their $200 bogus bonus for switching, I decided to try Wow again, but for Internet only. I have my own modem and a quality router, and my service has been bulletproof. I am at a lower tier of speed, but it keeps up with two or three streaming TVs and a couple computers with no lag virtually all the time. Service was fine when I switched around 2019, and I haven't had to call for service since. If Wow's price was a little better, this would be a five star review!”
