“I recently ordered an OEM replacement radio for my 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, in February of 2025. The radio I received from SAE was brand new, and better than what was described online. The shipping was about 2 days faster than stated, and it was securely packaged as well. I actually had to remove the plastic film from the display screen since it was brand new. Their price was about 50% less than most used radios I found in my searches. Great experience- thank you SAE.”

On a Sunday morning Nov 30,2025 my vehicle wouldn't start. I called the nearest AutoZone for help, However the auto check machine wasn't working at that location. Therefore I called the next available AutoZone. She answered the phone pleasantly and verified they'll check my vehicle. Upon arrival the store was playing my type of inspirational music. Greeted me as I enter and Happy to be of service. I explained my dilemma and Justin got right to it. The auto machine revealed a battery was needed. JUSTIN to my rescue, He removed my old battery (in cold weather), Replaced it with a new one. While he was working I ask if he could replace my break light (it was out), He said Sure! OMG, Just in time Justin to the rescue again. It was EVERYTHING to me to receive Great Customer Service! I highly recommend this AutoZone and the employees. Especially Mr. Hard Working JUSTIN!!!

“Couldn’t ask for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that i had. They work very efficiently so i didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water. I highly recommend this place, they are honest and won’t try to rip you off like most machanics.”
