“I had a great experience today around 4 or 5 pm. I went to AZ to get a windshield wiper blade and asked the guy to help me (I wished had gotten his name - he and his work partner were there later than the end of their shift that day). He came out with me and quickly realized that the blade assembly did not match what was on the car. He got another one and even then it was a struggle to get it to fit but he was determined and finally it went on. THANK YOU! If I had tried to do it by myself I would have probably stared at it for an hour believing that the parts system had ID'd the right blade assembly (I blame Buick for this, not AZ) Anyway, big thanks to the employee who went the extra mile.”

The shipping was about 2 days faster than stated, and it was securely packaged as well. I actually had to remove the plastic film from the display screen since it was brand new.
