“Stop. If your looking for a honest mechanic ask for Sam at Midwest Collision he is the best. I took my car to Midwest Collision and Sam was up front with me about my car it was not worth the repair. Sam very honest he could've taking advantage easily but he didn't , I respect Sam his word and integrity means everything to him and his business. “We can’t say enough good things about G&K Auto Parts! They’re the Best! They had the halogen headlight assembly we needed. It was shipped right away & packaged very well! They were very honest & explained it (headlight) had some scratches on it but thought it could be rubbed out! I’m happy to say that the scratches are gone & it looks almost new. Madena was our salesperson and she is so kind & Awesome. Knows her stuff & was very very helpful. She personally took care of a concern we had. We Highly Recommend G&K Parts. She helped very much and the owner Clint also went out of his way to go and make sure the color matched for me. That is something I’m never going to forget. Finally, I found a body shop that has a heart! Danielle is honest and just an amazing person! She made the whole process from start to finish very easy and smooth. I could tell she isn’t in this business just for the money, she really wants to help from the heart. I highly recommend this body shop for all your auto paint and collision needs. Westland Parts Plus was recommended to me by Baba Auto Repair, and I’m really glad I checked them out. I’ve bought a car battery and other parts for my Ford Escape from them, and every experience has been excellent.
The manager is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their prices and service are far better than what I’ve seen at bigger chain stores like AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Advance Auto Parts. I’m saying this after shopping around at multiple locations.
One thing that really impressed me: I walked in with nothing but a picture of my engine bay and pointed at the part I needed, without even knowing what it was called. The gentleman there figured it out right away, found the exact part, gave me the correct part number, and even guided me on where to locate it. That level of service is rare these days.
Now I always check with Westland Parts Plus first before going anywhere else. If you’re in the Westland area, I highly recommend supporting this honest, reliable, and truly helpful local business.”

My truck was long overdue for some maintenance and TLC, and the owner and his team did an outstanding job going through it top to bottom, front to back. They were extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the process.
After picking it up and bringing it home, I noticed a small spot on the floor the next day from an area where work had previously been done. I reached out to the owner, and without hesitation, he asked me to bring it back in for further inspection — no excuses, no brushing it off like “it was fine when it left.” That level of accountability says a lot about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The only downside is the price — but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, you’re paying for QUALITY workmanship and professionalism. I truly can’t stress enough how thorough and detail-oriented the team was.
I only wish I had the budget to move forward with another project at home — I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it to them.”

I brought it in and they cut it right on the spot but did not want any form of payment. They got me out of a pinch and wanted nothing in return, and I was a stranger to them. True story. “Noticed my front bumper was loose so I stopped in since I've been driving by every day for 11 years. Spoke to Ron who checked it out, explained what probably had happened and what I needed to have done. I was back two days later as agreed, planning to leave the car there most of the day. But there was no way for me to get back home, so Ron generously said they'd do the repair while I waited. As it turned out, I ended up waiting only a little over an hour while they took care of my car right away even though they were a man down. Ron was so pleasant and helpful. Very clean, large waiting area and the price couldn't have been better. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and to recommend this shop to anyone.”

Wish they sold LED bulbs stop selling old junk at insane prices NAPA is it not time to sell only led bulbs? You can sell then for 40 a set and sell millions of them instead of doing them at 99 and sell hundreds what do I know though ? Im not in big business . Make hundreds of millions giving a customer a deal or just hundreds thousand dollar being greedy”

“I needed my windshield replaced and also my mirror. I remembered I went to Knudsen brothers probably 7 years ago and remembered they did a good job, I am so glad i remembered that they were good because they were amazing this time around too. I needed it done quickly because I was turning in my lease last minute so they got me in the next day and finished it all in one day! They were so reasonable and actually personable to where they listened to what you needed. We originally got an estimate at the dealership and it was so ridiculous and they couldn’t get me in for a few weeks and I felt like it was all just routine get people in and out. Knudsen brothers gave my car back and I almost didn’t want to turn my lease back in because of how good it looked when I got it back! My window and mirror were fixed but the outside and inside of my car looked like I got it detailed. It was a nice little touch especially because I was dreading doing all of that while I was pregnant! Front desk was also so sweet. She turned a movie on for my kids while we were going over everything that needed to be done which of course was helpful also. I don’t ever remember coming home from any other collision shop bragging how good they were and how amazing my car looked. I would recommend them a million times! I don’t even remember who recommended them to me but I remembered them for a reason! Thank you guys so much!”
