They were very honest & explained it (headlight) had some scratches on it but thought it could be rubbed out! I’m happy to say that the scratches are gone & it looks almost new. Westland Parts Plus was recommended to me by Baba Auto Repair, and I’m really glad I checked them out. I’ve bought a car battery and other parts for my Ford Escape from them, and every experience has been excellent.
The manager is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their prices and service are far better than what I’ve seen at bigger chain stores like AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Advance Auto Parts. I’m saying this after shopping around at multiple locations.
One thing that really impressed me: I walked in with nothing but a picture of my engine bay and pointed at the part I needed, without even knowing what it was called. The gentleman there figured it out right away, found the exact part, gave me the correct part number, and even guided me on where to locate it. That level of service is rare these days.

My truck was long overdue for some maintenance and TLC, and the owner and his team did an outstanding job going through it top to bottom, front to back. They were extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the process.
After picking it up and bringing it home, I noticed a small spot on the floor the next day from an area where work had previously been done. I reached out to the owner, and without hesitation, he asked me to bring it back in for further inspection — no excuses, no brushing it off like “it was fine when it left.” That level of accountability says a lot about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The only downside is the price — but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, you’re paying for QUALITY workmanship and professionalism. I truly can’t stress enough how thorough and detail-oriented the team was.
I only wish I had the budget to move forward with another project at home — I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it to them.”
“Noticed my front bumper was loose so I stopped in since I've been driving by every day for 11 years. Spoke to Ron who checked it out, explained what probably had happened and what I needed to have done. I was back two days later as agreed, planning to leave the car there most of the day. But there was no way for me to get back home, so Ron generously said they'd do the repair while I waited. As it turned out, I ended up waiting only a little over an hour while they took care of my car right away even though they were a man down. Ron was so pleasant and helpful. Very clean, large waiting area and the price couldn't have been better. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future and to recommend this shop to anyone.”

Wish they sold LED bulbs stop selling old junk at insane prices NAPA is it not time to sell only led bulbs? You can sell then for 40 a set and sell millions of them instead of doing them at 99 and sell hundreds what do I know though ? Im not in big business . Make hundreds of millions giving a customer a deal or just hundreds thousand dollar being greedy”

“My car was hit while parked at a gas station and the whole front bumper and headlight was torn off. I had gotten 2 other quotes before coming here and they were so unreasonable, the first place actually refused to work on my car. When I came here Lance (the owner) was so helpful, kind and reassuring that he could get my car all fixed up for a reasonable price. When I came to pick up my car it honestly looked better than it did before the accident. They took very good care of me and my vehicle, I would 100% recommend Knudsen Bros to anyone who needs body work or collision repair, they’re honest, reasonable and don’t beat around the bush. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Oh and they also detailed the inside of my car which was unexpected but it was so clean and smelled so nice! What a wonderful surprise that was!”
