“I walked in hoping to see, maybe drive, a CX90 I saw online before heading to a Jeep dealership to compare it to the Grand Cherokee L. -I never made it to the Jeep dealership. Ryan Samona loves Mazdas and knows his products. We got everything I was looking for in a new vehicle at a lower price point than I was anticipating, combined with Mazda’s Black Friday financing offer… well, I have my first Mazda! I picked it up on my birthday to find a big bow on the hood, snacks stashed all over inside, and balloons in the back seat. ?
Ryan took the time to show me how everything works and set it how I want it before I took off, but also provided a print out of all of the Mazda information links for future reference.
The whole team was great and beyond friendly. It was a Saturday and the vibe was more like friends hanging out watching the Michigan/OSU game. Very upbeat and happy.

“I arrived at about 7:45 pm right before closing time with a basically dead battery that needed to be jumped to get from point A to B. The older manager and younger worker gave me a hand installing the battery and even stayed 15 minutes after closing to complete the task. (It was about 10 degrees out.) This occured on 1/31/26.”

“In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
