“Well I’m back again…and I don’t know after reading a few of these reviews ..but yeah a hit and run with out being in the car . The Crash Champions establishment in New Lenox Illinois and Plainfield Illinois done an amazing job on my truck from a buck trying to hitch a ride on my front end day before Thanksgiving 2021 now I’m home in Michigan and I might take my truck here for repairs because of a clown reversing to fast at wewe hrs of the morning and hit my truck on the run .. hope this location will be just as good or even better than the other locations.. “MPA Collision saved my life. I damaged my SUV’s rear door to the point the rear door didn’t close in the morning of day I was relocating to another state. After reaching out to several collision centers in the area, all collision centers including MPA Collision had orders backed up for the next month or so. After explaining how I need to repair my car urgently, they fully understood my situation, were very kind and sympathetic, and accommodated my request repairing the damage urgently so that I could get on road. They were transparent about the repair process and cost. Labor rate was very reasonable. Overall, my experience with MPA Collision was excellent. Great people and professional service but most of all they were sincere about my situation.”

“So I went to Advance Auto Parts on Seven Mile in Livonia today hoping to find the correct tool I need to separate the A-arm from the cast knuckle on my truck. I want to tell everyone what impeccable service I received. The person attempting to help me was Kristen (hope I have the name right). This kid went above and beyond to help me. All over the computer and back and forth to the back to verify inventory. She was awesome! If everyone in the younger generation was as diligent as she was, I wouldn’t worry too much about the future of this country. That being said: give the girl a raise. Because of her I just became a regular customer (I’m sure I’m not the only one).If I need anything for any of my vehicles, I’m headed to that store first. I had custom lights installed at a 3rd party, and it was amazing how he knew exactly how to fix it. It was the first time I've ever been in an accident and I was kind of stressed about the whole process of insurance and repairs but everything went so smoothly from the time I got the estimate at Gerber to the completion of the repairs. They finished repairing my car over two weeks ahead of schedule and they even deep cleaned my floor mats and moved the items I had in the backseat to the trunk so they could vacuum it out. It feels like a brand new car again and I really appreciate how they went above and beyond.”
