I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership and, especially, my service advisor. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and never once made me feel like I was being pressured into unnecessary repairs or services.
What really stood out was the communication. I never had to chase them down for an update—they stayed on top of everything and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy.
In my opinion, this is exactly what a service advisor should be. They treated me like a valued customer rather than just another repair order, and that says a lot about both them and the dealership.
If you’re bringing your vehicle here for service, I highly recommend asking for this advisor specifically. They absolutely deserve recognition for the level of service they provide.
