“I've been taking my cars here for the past 2 years and Marty and the team always do such a great job at taking care of any issue I've had. They've spent literally a week diagnosing my car in the past which seemed to have a transmission issue but turned out to be a loose grounding wire and didn't charge me an insane price for taking awhile to diagnose a weird issue. They also take great care when doing smaller things like oil changes and don't try to upcharge you on things you don't need. These guys deserve everyone's service and I can't recommend them enough”

“I typically don’t leave reviews but this experience was special. I had to get a car ASAP and went to Prime Time Auto to try my luck on one of their vehicles. I walked in at 9am when they opened. By 11:30am I had a good deal, including gap insurance and a great warranty. It was the very car I wanted, in great shape and very affordable. Mike and Melody worked their magic and made it happen without breaking a sweat. Very professional, great customer service, knowledgeable, did what they could on the down payment and met all of my needs in the process. These people deserve more exposure. “I recently ordered an OEM replacement radio for my 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, in February of 2025. The radio I received from SAE was brand new, and better than what was described online. The shipping was about 2 days faster than stated, and it was securely packaged as well. I actually had to remove the plastic film from the display screen since it was brand new. Their price was about 50% less than most used radios I found in my searches. Great experience- thank you SAE.”

“Couldn’t ask for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that i had. They work very efficiently so i didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water.
