“Trusted them with my new Bulova Rubaiyat ?sized my watch in mins. I have a 6 inch wrist.
I don’t mind my watches move, but I don’t want them to spin. If I look down at my watch I want to be able to read it. I walked down to my car and decided I wanted a little more wiggle room. The watch fit but it wouldn’t spin. By “spin” I mean if I shake my wrist a few times it will move a lil bit. So I went back in and told him about the fit I wanted and the gentleman looked at my links. He noticed one of my links was a half link so he installed that and that was the PERFECT FIT!! He wasn’t upset that I returned and he was happy to help! #Cinderella”

They were able to re-plate the chronograph pushers and crown to match the case and replace the tiny pushers for the date setting. I asked another watchmaker about working on this watch and they declined, saying that the tiny pushers were too hard to get right.”
“I visited this business on 6/19/2026. Me and family were in town from Chicago for Father’s Day weekend. The night prior, my wife purchased a Casio watch at Walmart as a Father’s Day gift so I tried to adjust the watch on my own. I couldn’t do it so I looked up a jewelry store near me and I came to this one. The employees were friendly from the moment I walked in. A gentleman attended me but brought in another co worker because he couldn’t get the links off to make the adjustment. “I took my Versace watch into Marrella because it stopped working and I figured I needed a new battery. After taking a closer look, and due to the intricacies of the watch, the owner offered to hold it overnight and take it apart so it could be cleaned and the new battery put in correctly with some better made parts. This was done quickly and he called me first thing the next day so I could pick up. All this was done at an extremely fair price. They seem really honest and great at what they do. Thank you!”
