I'm already a happy customer, yet I was further impressed by a cold-call rep today. Highly knowledgeable, excellent pitch, yet still a great listener. Truly a genuine pleasure. I'm not even in the market for her offer at this time, but I was hooked by her as a person. I made sure to get her contact info because I WILL reach out to her directly if my situation changes.
I wish all cold-callers could project themselves with that kind of fidelity to their character.
p.s. If she was actually an A.I., then perhaps androids do dream of electric sheep, and LMCU still has the best people.

The service and care I receive at the Westnedge branch is outstanding. They make me feel like I am their most important client. Paige at the branch is like a private banker from a family office. Because of how well they take care of me, I will not rate shop or look for another bank. They put me at ease regarding all of our deposits and lending.”

I just answered a few questions about the truck I was getting. They sent me an email with all the loan information I had the sign. I did the E sign and in lest then two hours I had my new truck. Whenever you come to this branch, you will notice that they are a customer first establishment. I have worked with the Branch Manager (Taylor) for the past five years, and I couldn't ask for a better adviser with my financial decisions. “I have been with Thornapple Credit Union for 40 some years.I have done lots of business with them I have finance 5 or 6 vehicle through them with lower interest rates. Always had a saving account with them. And they alway had skip a payment during the holiday witch gave us more money for Christmas witch made it easier on us for Christmas.the people behind the counter have alway been friendly and helpful.I will never deal with a bank again. The only thing that has changed is new faces behind the counter.I use to know all the people that worked there years ago. It's a great place to deal with. BILL & SUE GUNN”
