Dave explained everything and told me to go back to the repair shop that did my brakes 6 months ago to see if they would cover a part of my expenses, which they did! I would give Muffler Man 10 Stars if I could for their excellent customer service and workmanship. It was very refreshing to see a company go out of their way to help.”

“Dealt with Rachel and Michael about buying a new car. I'm about a 90 minutes away. Both parties were great with working with me via phone/email and not requiring me to make the long drive up there. The car of interest was in transit. Pricing seemed fair. Both parties seemed very polite and respectful. My husband found a similar car at a shitty dealership and was willing to deal with that crap for the car. At the time, inventory was hard to come by. When we are in the market for another car, we will contact them again.”

“Went there after having a dead battery, had battery on charger for about 45 minutes reading at 81%, called to see if they had a battery for my truck, which they did. Drove up there to purchase new battery and the man who runs the store said let's check the battery out first, nothing wrong with the battery or the alternator, he could have sold me a $200 battery and not batted an eye,but chose instead to check it out and find nothing wrong. I have had no troubles since but did make a appointment with dealership for a complete check up. I highly recommend Vassar Automotive to anyone in this area. Great People, Great Place.”

“Real nice folks. They understand when you tell them you can’t afford loads of repairs, and are super accommodating. They’ll lay out everything your car needs in general for you and tell you exactly what you need done for the car to be safe and drivable if you can’t afford it all. They’re also just genuinely nice people - they were lifesavers when I had a flat and couldn’t get the lugs off with my tire iron because they were so stuck. They took off the lugs and even changed out the flat for my spare without me asking, all for free in like five minutes. Plus, the price on the tires I needed was by far the lowest estimate I’d gotten out of everyone.”
