“I called in to pick up the guitar amplifier I ordered off Sweetwater from the FedEx pickup department in this location yesterday (12/23/24). The lady who answered the phone was patient with me as I most likely called at a busy time. After confirming the package's arrival, everything went smoothly from there and I drove and got my package. It's been a decade since I used to shop here, and I'm glad the professional "nice attitudes" of the employees have not waned a bit. Thanks for the exceptional experience.??”
