“Not a member of this specific credit union, but a member of Wayne Westland Federal Credit Union. I've had to come to this branch and deposit money and checks in the past and it's always a nice experience. All of the tellers I've met here are kind and wonderful to work with. I had to deposit paychecks here when we had issues with direct deposit for a while and every time I would come and deposit through the drive thru or in person there was always one kind woman (I cannot remember her name) who would send out a couple suckers for my daughter.I've deposited at a few other PSCU branches and none of those experiences have ever been as nice as the ones I've had at the flat rock location.Thank you for always being great to those who visit.”

The majority of the staff at this branch are bilingual(Spanish) and they really do have an eye out for YOUR best interest. If you stop by you must go directly to the legend himself, Raymon Sanchez with his 10/10 service. He definitely went way above and beyond. Couldn't be happier with the service and overall experience with this credit union. They definitely have that small town home feel. They definitely dont see you like just another number on a sheet. “I like being a member of a credit union and I'm thankful they opened a branch on Grosse Ile! I opened an account out with them and it has been good so far. One flaw is the grosse ile branch isn't always open Saturday, I was here this past Saturday and no one was there, closed, and no one was working the drive thru. I had to go to the trenton location where the drive thru was open. Overall thank you for serving Grosse Ile :)”

“This bank may not be perfect. I read various complaints. Some I can rationalize with policy. Others with customer support issues. But overall I've been with many others that have same issues. Other banks walk over a dollar to pick up a nickel. At least this bank isn't owned by Charles Swab or owned by the CCP. I already was at those banks and to know my money isn't benefiting some foreign communist or help funding some anti American propaganda helps me sleep better at night. Yes I'm talking about Chase bank supposedly. I love you America.”

“I’ve been a member since 1990 at the Wyandotte location . The tellers would remember who I was back then. It was a real personal service that taught me as a kid how to save and earn interest on my money. Then they merged with Downriver and I feel like they were rotating the tellers from all the different locations. All the personal relations were gone. The kid savings programs were removed. The small town credit seems like just a big business bank now. I now do most of my transactions online to avoid the long wait times that the drive thru always causes. I’ve been to all the locations and at least they always keep them really clean and updated.”
