But competency is great. She’s got both!”
“When my credit card account was hacked, DFCU contacted me by phone and email. When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it.
Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.”

“Great personal service, but hours that the branch is open are very inconvenient for people that work regular business hours.
9-5 Monday to Friday works for most, but some people can visit the branch only at a later hour. I do suggest, at least, half a day on the Saturdays open.”

They are always able to answer my questions and make suggestions. I almost always see Julie, and she is awesome! “I am editing this review because I received a call from Charlie yesterday and he was very helpful and fixed the issue and reimbursed me for my fees that I was charged. I appreciate someone taking the time to look into this situation and fixing it. That says a lot to me. Thank You!
This credit union has misled us from the beginning when we took out a pool loan and again recently when they were supposed to take our pool payment out monthly on the 30th. This month they decided to take it out today and cause an overdraft because they took it out two days early. When I reached out and had someone look into it they called me back letting me know they saw what their employee filled out but she had done it wrong and so since I didn’t catch her mistake it’s on me and they won’t be reimbursing me for our bank fees. My fault for not double checking and trusting that everything was done right but once again this place is a huge disappointment. I would suggest you stay far away from this place and go to another credit union.”
