“I needed a color matching and all I had was a paint chip I cut from my wall because I couldn't find a can with the original paint in the house. They asked me if I knew what the texture was (flat, matte, etc.) but I had no idea. So they did their best to match the texture as well as the color. The color matched very well, but the texture turned out to be too flat, which was noticeable when viewed at an angle. So I went back and they did a more careful analysis, using some white paint with different textures dabbed on the paint chip to see which matched closest. This took quite a bit of their time and they took half the price off the new can of paint. And the texture and color match turned out to be as good as can be expected. So I'm very pleased with the helpful staff and the results I got.”
