“I dropped my phone in a creek and after calling and going to another att store I had no option but to pay 300 bucks for either a replacement or new phone. My mom called this store in Oxford and spoke with Matt who said he could help me get a new phone and not have to pay that much money at all. He was very patient and kept his word and I only paid $43 for a new iPhone 16 when I had a 14 prior. Very very good experience, will talk to Matt for any future issues if needed.”

They were professional, assertive, and extremely helpful and they truly tried to help in every way they could. “Came by this morning to pick up my new upgrade. I was met with the store associate who was on his own, and did a phenomenal job with setting my account up with my new phone. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He offered to set up my new device for me, but I declined since I'm a tech geek; it was a breeze. He let me know of the current deals offered, and was able to multi task as another customer came in. He's definitely an associate I hope to see in the future as he's the perfect fit for the job. He said it was his first time doing an online pick up order, but it didn't even delay him in setting up and getting my account updated. “We were in the area from out of town and my husbands phone stoped working. We were waiting on by Sam. He was wonderful. He found the issue right away. He was very careful and asked lots of questions to help him find the issue. Unfortunately he was not able to fix it and we had to get him another phone. Sam was very helpful and asked what his needs were and he was able to pick a new phone. I was even able to get my phone screen repaired there. All for a very good price. The service and knowledge of the staff is wonderful . We will definitely return if in the area if we need phone help.”

“Such great service! They tried multiple different things to try to save the phone. They ordered and then did the work to try replacing different parts. And because the phone ultimately couldn't be repaired, they still only charged the $35 diagnostic fee. Despite all of the labor, because the phone wasn't fixable, they didn't charge for this!! And during the time they had the phone, they provided quick updates and explained what they wanted to try before they did anything. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend them.”
