“It’s been a few years since I have refreshed my wardrobe, and I heard about this store through Facebook. After messaging Erik a few times, I let him know what I was looking for and when I was coming in. He already had many outfits picked out for me, in my size, ready to try on! I arrived at the store with my daughter (almost 3), and I let him know that she will be shopping with me. My daughter and his dog Kylie quickly become best friends, he had on some fun music for us, and when we were looking around the store, all the items we were looking at were already picked out in the dressing room. I’m looking forward to shopping here again.”
“The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been wanting to invest in a good pair of shoes for walking and hiking, but was afraid to take the plunge and make a purchase that big on shoes and not be sure if they would fit correctly. The woman who helped me (I don’t remember her name) Was extremely patient and asked me lots of questions. She watched the way I walk and pulled out a ton of different shoes for me to try until I found ones that felt right and supported me in the correct way. As a plus size hiker, who has larger feet, I felt very comfortable getting help from her because she was very patient! I will definitely be back when I’m ready to purchase another pair.”
“The Store is awesome. The sales clerks are very Knowledgeable and friendly. I wanted a good supportive shoe that’s comfortable for lots of walking. I’m on my feet 13 hours a day. I got the 928 women’s tennis style shoe.. I liked the black on black. It made my feet look small and so comfy.”

“Walked in and was greeted right away. Associate came up to me and I told him my mega list of problems with my feet and legs. Standing on concrete, flat feet , knee pain and so on. He hears exactly what I was ayung and off he went. Found a pair that fell great. Took off again to see he if he could find something different. Super helpful kinda guy. Daughter even bought a pair after me. Same thing with a different Associate. As I was checking out . I had asked about insoles. He said save your money until you try them. Great place to buy a pair of shoes. Plenty of clothing as well.”

“Love this store. Staff is knowledgeable and always helpful, it's laid out nicely, and there's a wide range of sizes and styles. If they don't have what you want in your size they can order it. I've lost a substantial bit of weight recently and will honestly miss shopping here.”

“This is my absolute favorite store. All of the girls will probably know me by name soon. They are all so sweet, welcoming and helpful! I’ve never met such a kind staff. Bridget is always so helpful in the fitting room. I can’t recommend this place enough. Always getting new clothes in and the clearance room is amazing! A little pricey but worth it and always having sales and deals. My wardrobe is turning into mostly altar’d state and I love how girly it is. Keep being amazing staff!”

“I have been several Journeys shopping for boots. With rude racist workers at Twelve Oaks in Novi have terrible attitudes but this Journeys at Sommer set Mall in Troy Mi Excellent Excellent workers me and my daughter shop for boots, this manager name Steven have a beautiful personality also Diana they both help us. My daughter kinda picky picking out boots steven came from the back looking for the boots she wanted. I think he brought out six or seven pairs but nothing she like. But he had so much patience. Not one time he got furstrated. He was so kind. Diana help me with my boots too. Because I almost walked out without some boots. She went in the back found some boots I love. And I purchased them. These to employees you want to give them great recognition. That they deserve. Steven and Diana keep up with the good work”

“Was recommended to come here to find shoes for my son who has leg braces. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Adelina who immediately said “yes we have lots of kids come in with orthotics”. She worked fast and efficiently to get a proper measurement of his feet and went straight to the back and brought several pairs to try. Unfortunately my son’s braces are super stiff and after 4 different pairs nothing was fitting on. Oh well it happens. If I could give more stars I would.Adelina gets five ⭐️ as does the business as a whole.”

“A lovely evening out. ? I know that some people are a little concerned about the sticker-shock, but with 3 people, drinks, an appetizer, entrees and sharing a couple of desserts, it came out to $125. Could we have gone cheaper? Of course. Could we have gone nuts? (Technically no, because we're already nuts) Sure, but there was no push to be extra for no reason.The service was friendly and helpful, as (well, the theme of the whole thing is cooking your own meat to your tastes on your very own rock) my friend had no interest in trying to cook steak, on a rock, at the table; she was happy to have the steak prepared from the kitchen. She was pleasant and patient going over menu items with us, appropriately conspiratorial as I ordered my next LIIT, (which pairs with fish tacos, perfectly. Don't hate. ?) and gave us room to enjoy our meals.There was a gathering in another room with children, and though I'm sure they were delightful and quiet, I didn't hear a peep through the partition, so yeah, want a family meal outing, but can't stand doing kid stuff, again? Options await.Their soup trio thing is apparently discontinued, BTW.”

They also do alterations right there if you need one....also she designs beautiful, absolutely beautiful line. Every peace is a peace of art. “Went in, for the first time ever with my wife. She really likes this store. According to her, she always finds something worth buying in there.What I like about it is the way the space is organized. Not overwhelmingly stocked with rows and shelves of clothing, but whatever is presented for the customer is worth considering.While she was trying out different outfits, I found a few really cool wine and cocktail glasses. There were several different candleholders that looked pretty good.Also, the selection of scented candles was pretty extensive, and some of them, quite interesting.For a store that doesn't cater to men, I didn't feel bored waiting for my wife.”
