All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!

“Cal is a wizard. My 2013 journey had a remanufactured trans that the dealer put in 60,000 miles ago, but it never did work right and finally was giving some codes and reverse quit working. Cal rebuilt my trans, found and showed me the faulty components, and had me in and out in a few days where the dealer took five weeks. My car now shifts better than it did even when it was brand new.
