“Did alterations on a dress for a black tie wedding. She did a wonderful job, was straight forward and upfront about pricing. Made sure it fit when I picked it up and made an adjustment on the arm holes for me since I am plus size so my arms were rubbing in the underarm once the shoulders were taken up. Did the arm adjustment as I waited, fantastic work!”

“I have lived in Rochester for over 30 years; therefore, I have a lot of experience with merchants in the area. I have to say that the Assistant General Manager, Sarah, was absolutely amazing. They are really there to assist in this store, in a way I have not really witnessed in the Rochester area all of these years. I was astounded by the extent to which they went out of their way, as I did find it to be refreshingly unusual. I would not hesitate to shop here, they honestly want to exemplify customer service the "old-fashioned way." To show the customer is important to them, and words are nice ... but actions are everything, and this is where what they do says everything the customer needs to know.”
