Also the only hot topic I've seen with shoes in store!!! There weren't many as the store is on the smaller side, but it was still more than others have. “These people are amazing. I want to give a special thank you to the person in charge. I am not from the area and went in shopping. I purchased a few things and went to pay, but my card didn't go through and I didn't have any cash on me. I showed that I did have money in my account, and the owner said it has to do with my bank. I told him I can go back to get cash but I am 30 min away and he then just took the money out from his pocket and paid the amount for me! Even though it wasn't a lot, he thanked me for coming in and said happy holidays! I asked if anyone had venmo or cash app or if he had it and no one did, and he said not to worry about it. He knew the drive there and back would most likely be as much as the amount I was paying. God bless him and everyone in that store and my friend if you are reading this, you are an angel and have made me see that there truly are beautiful souls still out there. God bless you all!”

“The store is nice, clean, well-organized, and has nice workers.Torrid itself has made some changes in its product selection that seems unfortunate and far from their roots, though. Now, they're like a slightly jazzier version of Lane Bryant, with iffier quality control.BTW, Retailers, we notice the thinner, cheaper materials, and we see the slide in finish quality.”

“The friendly staff was great, and handled the overwhelming amount of customers very well considering there are only 2 photographers. Unfortunately it is 2023 and people havent gotten any smarter and fail to realize the simple fact that only 2 photographers have to take their time if you want nice photos, Simple concept people...As a result we had an hour and 20 wait, and although it wasnt anticipated, it was very well worth it. Shout out to Meghan our photographer, she's a great person and an EXCEPTIONAL photographer as well. Keep up the good work ladies”
