“I can't say enough good things about Rockford Collision. They really helped me out when I was in a pinch on a Friday afternoon. I called, they told me to bring my vehicle right in, and within an hour the issue was diagnosed, fixed, and I was back on the road. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping instead of making me wait days for an appointment. On top of that, the shop was incredibly clean and well organized, which says a lot about the pride they take in their work. If you're looking for honest, responsive, and professional service, I highly recommend Rockford Collision Center.”

“I got rear ended at the end of January and brought my car to Star. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us, helping through the process. The repairs took longer than expected but they kept me updated throughout the process and gave us some free car washes for the delay. My car was impressively clean when I got it back. Thanks Star!Service: Body & Trim”
