“Now this bank I truly love it has excellent service and excellent help the only down side is the atm it always has issues and usually broke cant give back money or loses it with a receipt but the the people that work there helps you really nicely and do there job right ? hey get that atm fixed and I'll change my rating to five stars have a great day and god bless!”
“small nice little bank hidden well in the Family Fare parking lot. very positive reviews and customer satisfaction is high. consider adding them as an alternative to your other bank you might like them more. most people i don’t think even notice the bank as it’s somewhat hidden”
“Only bank I know of that doesn't charge a fee to cash their own check written to a non-Macatawa customer. I think that's fair. They know if the money is in a customer's account there should never be a fee”

“I always have a pleasant experience when visiting this LMCU. I don’t feel many places value their customers anymore but LMCU definitely does. The staff is always very friendly and efficient as well. I brought my dog through the drive thru with me the other day and to my pleasant surprise I received a card in the mail from the LMCU staff just spreading kindness that they enjoyed seeing my little guy through the drive thru. ?❤️ It made my day, such a sweet and random act of kindness. Companies can learn a thing or two from LMCU and how friendliness and appreciation to its customers can go a long way.
