More expensive than I've ever paid for an oil change...over $100.00 for a 2008 Saturn! I love it, but not a high-end vehicle! There was a lower price point, but it was only $10.00 less...and lasted a third of the miles.
Bottom line, I probably won't go again, because of the price, but felt the service was above average!”

“It's hard to find a mechanic that I feel like I can trust and doesn't talk to me like a child just because I'm a women, this place is seriously the BEST! They are so nice, so easy to work with and I feel like they always take good care of my car! I went in for rear brakes, they called with the estimate and told me that my front brakes were showing some wear and tear but they were under warranty from when they redid them a couple years ago so they fixed them up for free! They could have easily not said anything about the front brakes and I would have no idea, instead they put in another $337 worth of labor and parts for free. If that doesn't tell you how trustworthy these guys are! Not to mention they did an oil change for me at the same time and reset my service reminder in my car for me, it's the little things! Could not be more happy to have these guys around to take care of my car and I hope they stay in business for years to come! Won't go anywhere else!”
“Every member of the staff here is incredible, especially one of the managers, Anthony! My car had a bit of extra trouble and needed to be taken to a tire shop to get a piece replaced and Anthony went with me and handled everything. He is the best and I could not be happier with the service that he provides!”

“I would have to say I started going to river valley after I bought my 2007 f150 in 2021. My truck has been a nightmare of disasters since I bought it, I got gouged for price during pandemic when most small dealers were trying to stay afloat. River valley has been my savior! So helpful but just a bit overbooked, but only because people are fixing vehicles instead of trying to keep buying new. And river valley has the best service and knowledge. Props to them! Never been happier and won't go anywhere else.”
