“Late in the day on Monday I found out that I had a flat tire due to a large wood chip (yes, a wood chip) that punctured my driver side rear tire. After a quick change, I brought the tire to the Plainfield Belle Tire location at 5:00pm. Even though they were extremely busy with scheduled appointments, they were able to replace the tire as it could not be repaired/patched due to the large hole that was left by the wood chip. What really impressed me was not just the speed and efficiency it took to change out my tire, it was that when the Plainfield Belle Tire team were done changing out my tire they repackaged the spare tire and jack assembly back in it's storage space in my vehicle. This added service of putting the spare and jack back to it's original storage location was greatly appreciated and was not overlooked. The repackaging of the spare tire and jack system was just, if not more stressful then the act of changing out my flat with the spare tire. This is an added value of service that was performed by the Plainfield Belle Tire makes realize that the care and service performed by Don and his team is why I purchased my tires from the Plainfield Belle Tire location. Huge thank you to the Plainfield Belle Tire team for their valued service!”

“The best service i have ever received from Tyler Bigelow on alpine in walker mi. I Think that he saved me from the side of the road or and accident i was going on long distance trip and just went in to get air and he noticed something was wrong. he addressed my tire problem right away and back on the road within and hr. phenomenal service and a very kind person. “I have been using Discount tire for as long as I can remember, they always do a great job, but this location went way above and beyond for my appointment. Not only did they help me with an issues on my online order to help ensure I was getting the best option for my vehicle, which I had some oversight on my part, but they were great at rescheduling my appointment. Moises was amazing to work with, he even had a sign on the door welcoming me!! On top of that, the store manager, Tiger (real name ha, super friendly and knowledgable!), was so helpful and welcoming to have a genuine conversation with me that showed how much he cares about his customers. I can't say enough good things about this location. I see myself coming back to this location, even if I had to drive hours out of my way just becuase of the level of service I was provided here. To be clear, this was my first experience at this location after moving to this area, and I've always had many great experiences with other Discount tires, but this is the best. “Yesterday, on the way home from an overnight getaway, we drove over a bungy on I96. It lodged in the tire. We pulled over to the nearest exit to put on the spare. Being unfamiliar with the area we looked up the nearest Belle Tire..our go to in our home town. We were relieved that there was a store a mile from our location and it was still open at 6:30! Ryan was helpful and so pleasant. They got the tire fixed incredibly fast and even put the spare back though we told them not to worry about that because we had a big cooler over the spare tire well and were fine with it just being put in the back! This Belle Tire on Alpine Ave made an unfortunate accident so much less unpleasant! Thank you Ryan and the very thoughtful technician that did the repair!”

“I would have to say I started going to river valley after I bought my 2007 f150 in 2021. My truck has been a nightmare of disasters since I bought it, I got gouged for price during pandemic when most small dealers were trying to stay afloat. River valley has been my savior! So helpful but just a bit overbooked, but only because people are fixing vehicles instead of trying to keep buying new. And river valley has the best service and knowledge. Props to them! Never been happier and won't go anywhere else.”
