“Embassy Suites is one of my favorite places to stay no matter where they are. This one was nice. The free breakfast is always good with made to order omelets and pancakes. You can get scrambled eggs already made and there’s usually a good choice of meats pork and turkey sausage and bacon. Then there’s happy hour with two free drinks. I was here during the Holidays and the lobby was very nicely decorated”

“Rooms: Rooms are spacious for the price. Front desk staff is always nice. They go above & beyond to make accommodations. The staff are friendly and hardworking. Would recommend!!!”

“Vegetarian options: They have a falafel sandwich that’s amazing honestly, and the hummus, baba ghanouj, and the broccoli cheddar soup were delicious apatizersDietary restrictions: They have vegan options, vegetarian options, and have delicious meat options.Parking: Big parking lot, kinda full but there’s stil plenty of spots to useKid-friendliness: I brought my little cousin with me and he loved the the tenders and the sliders, he also said the waiter was so nice to him and he wants to come back.Wheelchair accessibility: They have single tables that you can take the chair out and park the wheelchair there, and there aren’t any stairs to access the dining area.”

“For an airport hotel, this is a nice choice. The rooms are newer, and the rooms are spacious. Just heard to give 5 stars to an airport location given that it's by the airport. Have I said "airport" enough? ”

“This was our first time using Minute Suites. We had a 5 hour layover on our way back to Tampa from Korea, so we called them to find out where they were located and if they had availability. Tina was the most helpful person you could ask for, and she gave me all the details, as well as helped us get the room booked. We were even able to check in a bit early. My only complaint was, it's a little noisy as this is right underneath the tracks for the indoor shuttle. But it was nice to take a nap for a couple hours after you've been traveling for 20 hours straight.”

“Was looking for a weekend away and this place was perfect for that! The hotel on the inside and outside look completely renovated and modernized! The receptionist were extremely nice and accommodating and made for a very swift check-in. The lobby, the pool area, the gym and the rooms were extremely well maintained and clean! The pool and the hot tub were great! Plenty of towels available. In the room you could pull the shades for complete darkness. There was no disgusting comforter just tight white sheets with extremely fluffy pillows. You received two complementary waters! There is a safe and a refrigerator and a nice single serve coffee maker with tea and coffee pods. The bathroom was very contemporary. The gym is extremely spacious offering many types of cardio machines as well as free weights and lat pulldown machines. And it is 24/7. My one thought would be to have pool hours that open earlier than 9a. I can see that they probably do this late opening due to the fact that you can see the pool from the room balconies thus noise may become an issue for guests that overlook pool area.”

“I stay here off and on for work and I love it here, I won't go anywhere else!! The staff is beyond friendly Kenya is beyond amazing and will make sure everything is tooken care of correctly. The house keeper Linda is so polite and charming and puts a smile on her every day and she makes sure everything is clean to a ten. Ken the maintenance man is beyond good people I had a light go out and he literally was there in seven minutes with great conversation. Carlos, he works at night and he is a very kind young man. I honestly rate the hotel a ten . Even the other guests are very nice people and is animal friendly which is a plus, also is a elevator for us old folks.”

“I stayed one night here and despite the low/negative reviews, I want to say I had a fantastic experience. My room was clean overall and I would give it a 9/10. The one point deduction is only due to the normal and minor updates of the room that the hotel needs to make (which it looks like they are). Although spoken about in other reviews, I did not have experiences of any form of bugs in my room and definitely not roaches (and this was with me eating and snacking in my room heavily). The hotel also let me check out late and housekeeping didn’t knock on my door before the checkout times (which can’t be said for other hotels). When it comes to a hotel near the airport, I will choose here next time! It was super quiet besides the planes ✈️.”
