“Jacob was our Verizon salesman at 42177 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth. He normally works at the Victra Verizon store on 12 mile road in Farmington Hills, but was filling in today at the Plymouth store.
Our visit today working with Jacob was the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store!
Jacob was knowledgeable about the products, and sold us a Samsung S24 Ultra and accessories. I will definitely return to this store and the Farmington Hills Verizon store for great service.

“I took my mom there to find a new phone for her. I felt like we got taken good care of although the man who helped us didn't seem to notice that my mom couldn't hear him. He had a low voice and a deep voice and that's not a good range for an 81 year-old lady.”

They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”
