“Get your phone repaired here! Frank and Jacob do an awesome job and are upfront about everything. No predatory sales crap. My phone got wet and I replaced it with a slightly used phone with everything transferred over in 15mins! Ended up having my old phone repaired also and it works great still. 10/10 experience and I'll be a forever customer!”

“After going to the Verizon store twice on Bellville I'd, I went to the one on Beck. WOW what a difference. This young lady ( Natasha )single handedly worked a store full of people in a kind in professional way. My opinion is she needs to be placed in corporate we're she can represent Verizon in have a future!!!!”
