“Seriously, such a nice guy! Came in here panicking bc I'm a dumbass and put a new Sim card in all types of crazy into my phone. It was absolutely stuck.
Nash?is?the?goat?. He was so nice and helpful. Helped me figure out how to download my info and safely transfer it over to a new phone. Also helped me break into my old pos phone (already broken) to get the Sim card for my new services out and into a new phone he helped me pick out. He even assisted in getting my old phone working enough so that I could access the apps if needed. Great deal on the phone. Did I mention that I use a different service and he still helped me ?!? I'll be back in 3 months when this service plan I have is done just because Nash was so cool about my dumbass mistake and helpful. “Jacob was our Verizon salesman at 42177 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth. He normally works at the Victra Verizon store on 12 mile road in Farmington Hills, but was filling in today at the Plymouth store.
Our visit today working with Jacob was the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store!
Jacob was knowledgeable about the products, and sold us a Samsung S24 Ultra and accessories. I will definitely return to this store and the Farmington Hills Verizon store for great service.
