They could have easily charged me for parts and labor, but instead they inspected my phone and cleaned the charging port at no charge. The phone is charging properly! From the moment I walked in, I was helped and treated with top-tier customer service. “Seriously, such a nice guy! Came in here panicking bc I'm a dumbass and put a new Sim card in all types of crazy into my phone. It was absolutely stuck.
Nash?is?the?goat?. He was so nice and helpful. Helped me figure out how to download my info and safely transfer it over to a new phone. Also helped me break into my old pos phone (already broken) to get the Sim card for my new services out and into a new phone he helped me pick out. He even assisted in getting my old phone working enough so that I could access the apps if needed. Great deal on the phone. Did I mention that I use a different service and he still helped me ?!? I'll be back in 3 months when this service plan I have is done just because Nash was so cool about my dumbass mistake and helpful. Situation was I had a phone Motorola.And then they offered me the promotional.If you have a phone you can get a second phone or tablet for $30 mail too.So I picked the Samsung 15 and it was mailed to me. However comma I never activated that phone. I then accidentally dropped and shattered the screen on my originalMotorola phone. So I took the second phone to the Flint store and ask to have my number my original number on the phone that I cracked my Motorola transferred to the one that they sent me in the mail. He charges me $5 extra plus $50 to. Switch the number that was already mine.Choose a phone that was sent in the mail.That was mine that I paid for when I should have paid nothing and was able to keep my original phone number.
