“Yesterday I needed a bunch of grade 8 bolts for the coupler on my trailer. I went to Menards and they had just enough stock to be dangerous, not one washer in 1/2” and the bolts would have been short. I took all of the items I had in my cart and left them in a big pile on top of the bolt bins.
Calmly waked to the truck and drove over to Suburban Bolt, walked in and ordered exactly what I needed. They had that order pulled with in an hour. I got exactly what I needed to complete the project correctly at a price that was less than box store prices.

I haven't shopped in this store for about 2 years and they still have the finest selection of merchandise of just about any Ace Hardware that I've been to❣️ I need it a lock and I got help with that. Then I purchased a bunch of Christmas decorations at 75% off. I was in 7th heaven. Thank you Great Lakes Ace”
