An online business let us down and we were in a pinch to get our RSVP cards printed. Terry took my call and reassured me that he and his team would be able to accommodate us and within a very short window of time. Paul scaled our design and was super knowledgeable when it came to selecting the right cardstock, size, envelope etc. I cannot say enough good things about Terry and Paul, they were genuinely sympathetic to the situation that we were in and took great care in our order so that we got exactly what we wanted!

“I consider this one of the smaller UPS Store locations I’ve visited, and it’s honestly one of my favorites. The team members are always extremely polite and professional. No matter how busy the store gets, I’ve never seen them lose their composure. They remain calm, courteous, and take care of each customer one by one without making anyone feel rushed.
It’s refreshing to see people truly enjoy their visit, handle their business, and leave without frustration. This store is a perfect example of excellent customer service.
I come into this location anywhere from three to five times a week. As a mobile loan signing agent, I frequently ship documents to title companies and lenders and often require different services. I’ve been helped every single time without issue, and that consistency means a lot to me. Highly recommended.”

“Had a last minute emergency print order for 100 banquet progams due to my own printer malfunction. Called and spoke with Liz to share my situation and to see if Print Xpress could help. I emailed the document for her to get started with the print job (I live about 10 minutes away). Not only were the prints done but she also folded all the programs and them ready for pick up by the time I arrived.
