Autohaus took my vehicle in promptly, inspected the vehicle to determine the nature of my overheating problem, called me to discuss what repairs were needed and the estimated time needed to order parts and complete the work. I approved the work, and everything moved forward as suggested in our initial discussions. Th vehicle was returned to me, all repairs were completed, the vehicle was cleaned and it only took moments to complete the closeout process and have my car brought around for me. the staff were very knowledgeable, couldnt be friendlier nor more responsive.

Most jobs are covered by a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for parts AND labor, which is hard to beat. βI've been going to Mike's for a few years now. Lucky to find him. He is excellent in every way. He is the most knowledgeable mechanic I know. He can decipher a problem just by listening, and he has never been wrong. He is always fair in pricing and finds the least expensive (not cheapest) way of fixing a problem without sacrificing safety and integrity. He is the most accommodating and nicest guy I have ever met. He is a once in a lifetime found mechanic that I trust completely and without reservations. βGood experience, however they did charge me a additional $20 for a βspecial filter chargeβ on top of the oil filter, even though itβs just like any other oil filter and the filter itself was already overpriced (and should be included in that price if it was special). Let it go though because they were very welcoming and gave me $15 off because it was my first time.β
βThis is pretty much the best auto repair shop I have been to. Truly Sam and Jake care about their customers and reputation. The shop is dingy, dirty, and there are store owned cars all over the lot and I would have it no other way. These two go above and beyond to get things done at a reasonable price point.
I recently went in for a minor transmission issue on short notice and they had me back on the road in 32 hours - and 24 hours of that was waiting for a part to arrive. While pulling the front wheels off to reach the part they noticed my front brakes were wearing thin. I approved it with no issue and I asked and anticipated replacing the rear brakes. I was told there is no need, there is a few months left.
When I arrived I asked Sam why they didnβt recommend replacing the rear brakes. I fully anticipated them saying they were needed. I was told to get the most out of them I can then come on back. Iβve never seen a mechanic so completely honest, even when I was fully ready to say yes. I even brought it up a couple times.
Iβve lived here 8 months and I have been there twice. I would not even look elsewhere.β
βI pulled out of my parking lot the other day and heard a loud scraping from the undercarriage of my Honda Civic, after driving for about 30 seconds I decided I better pull over and it looked like I was going to need a tow. When going into the businesses nearby to let them know my car might be there for a couple of hours I was pleased to find that one of the business was Schramm, and Jennifer right on the spot offered to bring my car around to the back and check it out. Not 20 minutes later was the metal plate yanked off and I could drive out again, and both Jennifer and Jason were happy to let me take a peek and see what was really going on. I don't think I've ever had that level of honesty and transparency with anyone that has worked on my car, and their own experience gave me peace of mind and assurance that they knew what they were doing. Overall I couldn't have been more pleased with my brief experience there, I'll definitely come back again if I need any other work done!β

Astounding service at RO Ford Wednesday, Nov.26th. Phil was my service advisor. My Bronco didn't have heat and I had a long drive ahead for Thanksgiving day. A loner was provided (Justin competed the paperwork quickly). I left my car there for an appointment the following week. But it was ready that day at 5:00! So I had my own car for the drive. Unprecedented service. Phil was thorough and kind. Accolades to RO Ford, my new Ford dealer!!β

He took his time to answer my questions and set up a plan to address my car needs. Love this guy, I trust him cause he doesnt try to sell me he just lays everything out and gives me options. βTook my Jeep to Belle tire on Stevenson to get the tire repaired they said they could not repair it would cost me $287 for a brand new tire. My son took it here and the guy said let me try something and the screw wasnβt all the way throw. So he took it out. Very honest guy. Belle tire didnβt even take the time or bother. So very thank you for 12 and Stephenson Auto repair shop.β

βMark was fast and honest. Car wouldnβt start while on a roadtrip, Mark let me keep my car in his lot overnight and he checked it out and fixed it the next day. Being a traveler he could have easily taken advantage of me but he only charged me $25 for the small fix required. 10/10β
βThis was my first time here and I came to this location in Royal Oak,, because it came highly recommended. I needed to get brakes done and Mark and his team took care of me! Mark was very friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable talking to him and made me feel valued as a person, not just a customer.
