“Update 3/5/26: Used Hank's again for my mother's birthday. Easy to order online and like that they offer a Daily special. I accidentally submitted my order with the wrong delivery date and they called me first thing the next day to sort out my duplicate orders. They also accommodated the drop off time around when my mom would be home so the flowers would not be left out in the cold for long. Mom was happy :)
Original Review 5/2025: First time using a local flower shop to deliver Mother’s Day flowers to my mom. Online ordering process is easy. Only place locally I could find that had a normal delivery fee, too! They called to ask if they could deliver one day early, which was fine by me! My mother loves them and I think they look like what I ordered. Will use hanks again!”

the one in Midland is like the one on Gratiot in Saginaw and Mount pleasant
I don't know why they can't just make all the stores exactly the same it's frustrating

As a female, i don't always feel super comfortable in hardware store type environments so seeing so many women working impressed me right away.
The kind paint department worker could tell i was confused and came to help me. I was so grateful she could answer all my questions and get my exactly what I need. I was able to shop while she got my paint made.
The employee working the checkouts was not only wonderful to chat with, she scanned all my items and bagged them for me, which is rare these days!
Easily the best Home Depot I've been to. Would come out of my way to shop here again.”
