Tommy's Express Car Wash in Saginaw, MI offers quick and efficient service year-round, regardless of weather conditions. The facility emphasizes convenience with free vacuums and mat washers, and customers can join the Tommy’s Express app for Unlimited or PayPerWash memberships. The car wash is generally clean and well-maintained, and the vacuums have strong suction, making them a popular feature. The mat cleaners work well, adding to the value. However, some customers find that the wash may not always clean thoroughly, especially on the back of the vehicle, requiring additional cleaning afterward. For very dirty cars, multiple passes might be needed for a satisfactory clean. Staff members are helpful and friendly, though some mention that the cleaning under the vehicle and in the wheel wells could be improved. While many appreciate the ease and quick service, a few customers express disappointment with the quality of the wash, noting that their cars sometimes look streaked or not fully rinsed. Overall, Tommy's Express provides a convenient option for regular washes, with friendly staff and useful amenities, but results may vary depending on how dirty the vehicle is.
