“Working with Gerber Collision & Glass was great. They worked directly with my insurance company (Allstate). The staff member at the front desk (Quinton) was able to quickly give an estimate and followed up to get the work scheduled. The work was done quickly and they communicated throughout the process. The damaged area looks like new. Hopefully won’t need their services again, but if I did, I’d definitely use their services again.”
“I stopped by their shop today without an appointment to get a quote for some potential body work. They quickly looked at it and fixed it. Fortunately, it was mainly some paint that had to be removed. Perhaps a slight dent but they recommended not to fix it. I greatly appreciate their honesty and quick response. “Mike Walker, at the Ann Arbor location, was absolutely amazing to work with. I dropped my car off over the weekend, thinking I had minor damage from an accident. Instead, it ended up being a total loss. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining which parts he was handling, what my next steps were, and exactly what to expect from my insurance company. He gave so many great tips and details. I went from dropping my car off on Sunday, thinking it would be in the shop for a couple of weeks, to a new-to-me car and everything completely wrapped up/handled by Thursday. It was seamless. Highly, highly recommend.”

“Last month, in the middle of the longest road trip of my life, I needed some repairs. There was no way that they could do the work in the limited time that I had in town, so I was only asking for advice. They taped everything together properly, so that nothing was hanging loose (and moreover a casual observer would not even notice the damage), thus allowing me to delay proper repairs until the end of my trip, a few weeks and a few thousand miles later. I tried to insist on paying for this, but they refused to charge me.”

“I had a great experience with Sam and the mechanic at Bell Tire on Jackson Rd. There was a last minute issue the night right before a long trip. My valve gasket needed to be checked and replaced. I called on Tuesday night at 5 minutes before closing. I was trying everywhere and the other Bell Tires did not have a mechanic in on Wednesday that could do it. Sam said they could check it and get it done for me. The oil change place I had stopped in to get blades had washed off the oil from the leak. I told my story. He was so patient and listened. Sam had a 27 pt inspection done and replaced the valve gasket. He told me to drop it off over night and I did. They got started on it the next morning. So thankful. Now I can get the car to my Son in the maries in NC. Thank you to you and your great Team.”
“I had the best auto repair customer experience I have had in years here with Cristino, his mechanic and his Team. Cristino was professional, courteous, knowledgable, helpful and the service was reasonable and timely. I knew what to expect and there weren't any surprises. Cristino, the mechanic and the Team all did a great job and felt like service you used to get. They went out of their way to not over charge me. I had multiple issues with my Sons car, the solinoid, rocker arm, tires, alignment, a tuneup and air conditioning fillup, etc. He found one part was under warranty and didn't charge me for the part. He even got a box and helped me remove stuff from my Sons truck so they could hear for a rattle and he carried the box. No one does that these day, lol. (Prior to this I had taken it to a chevy dealer who wanted $550 to just inspect it, and I was upset.) Bell Tire on Carpenter made it all better and I am so happy with their job I would highly recommend them.”

“BY FAR the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. So fast and efficient. Damon (owner) was an absolute pleasure to work with, in addition to the office managers, Sunday and Crystal, whom both provided unprecedented customer service (they even called Enterprise for me directly when the porter was running very late with my rental vehicle, and offered to drive me to Enterprise if they didn't show up within the next 5 minutes). Overall, the entire team was honest, forthright, AND finished the work on my 2026 Silverado with two days to spare! Highly recommend.”
