Customer service was great. And I'm pretty sure they shook out my floor mats and gave the inside of my car a quick wipe-down before returning it to me, even though they didn't have to. I can't comment on the price because my insurance covered the repairs.”

“On a cross country trip with our 2022 Subaru Outback, our windshield got cracked without any apparent cause. We made it to Ann Arbor and called A Subaru dealer ahead. They recommended a-2 auto glass. I called and they checked if they could order the part in time. We had windshield insurance coverage. They called the insurance company and got approval. Ordered the windshield and got it installed and calibrated in amazing time. Very professional, especially Taylor who worked with us to expedite this. She also got us a loaner to help us wait for the procedure. Highly recommended.”
“Pat did the glass for our deck barrier fence quite a while back and it still is looking great. Very easy to work with and came in way below the other places we got quotes from. He also did a sealed window replacement for a damp spot. The original had condensation in the inside but the replacement still looks great a few years later. I just called him for some pieces of hardened glass and he got them to me, hand delivered in a few days, the other place henderson glass said it would take about a month. His prices are great, highly recommended!”

He gave so many great tips and details. I went from dropping my car off on Sunday, thinking it would be in the shop for a couple of weeks, to a new-to-me car and everything completely wrapped up/handled by Thursday. It was seamless. “Smooth repair! Rear door was replaced and repainted after an accident. Took about 2 weeks due to insurance restrictions, but the Gerber team kept me updated nearly every day of the repair. When I picked up the car, the team did a walk-through of the repair and made sure I was satisfied. Car ended up being completed almost a week ahead of estimated pick-up, and Gerber settled the balance due with insurance company. Would highly recommend and will send my vehicle there again if needed. Leslie and Cassandra were great!”
