It makes the job your trying to get done sooooooooooooo much faster. Save time save headache and go here for a quick job.”

“My 23-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Hodgkin‘s lymphoma last year. She needed dry ice so she could use cold cap therapy during chemotherapy to try to save her hair. The wonderful people from Ann Arbor welding supply gave us the dry ice for free. What a wonderful business. We can’t thank them enough!”

“I was very pleased with the tri-fuel conversion kit for my portable gas generator. Installation was easy and when I contacted Century after about getting a different brass fitting that would work a little better they sent it right away. Customer service was great on all points and I would highly recommend them.”

“Great local hardware store. They have a good selection and a knowledgeable staff. Need to remember that they aren't a big box store though, because they close much sooner than the big stores. Edited to add: their selection keeps getting better. Name brand power tools, and Traeger smokers.”

“Walked in and was immediately welcomed by an associate! I then inquired about the item I was in search of and was instantly told where it was located. I'm extremely happy with this branch!”

“I have been a long-time customer of another heavy equipment dealer in Dexter when it comes to my heavy equipment maintenance. I recently called them to schedule a fix-it and scheduled maintenance visit and they were booked up. I called Wolverine and was very much impressed with their customer relations and tractor work up until... delivery. Once they were paid everything changed. One of the things I had Wolverine do was to install brand new front wheel tire chains. I would do this myself but have had trouble in the past. The chains would always come off until I had a dealer fix them for me. After years of use, the front tire chains broke and thus my request to have Wolverine buy and install brand new chains. As you can see from the photo, the tractor was delivered in my driveway with one of the chains falling off. This was unacceptable. I called Wolverine in the matter but could only get a receptionist who clearly had an attitude problem with me saying somebody would need to visit the tractor to fix it.In talking with the receptionist and being disgusted with her attitude I asked for a textable phone number where to send the photo of the tractor still sitting in my driveway. (You can't drive the tractor far with a chain falling off.)Also, in starting the tractor I discovered the fwd/rev gear selector was not synchronized for a neutral position allowing for safe cranking. It took me a couple of minutes to find a position for the selector that allowed cranking the engine. I understand that the tractor is old and maybe this is just how it has to be with age but I don't think so.My big complaint is the attitude. If it were not for that I would wait 24 hours to write up a review. Other than all of that, I was very pleased with Wolverine customer care up to delivery and their pricing which was very reasonable.--- UPDATE 1 ---The owner called in response to my query for which I was thankful. My original review was for 3-Stars but I am now upping that to a full 5-Stars (but see update 2 below) though my complaint remains. I understand that things happen and missunderstandings arise and will give them the benefit of the doubt. It is understandable that the tractor could be delivered with one of the tire chains falling off but that reflects on the quality of the installation. The receptionist differs with me on her attitude and that is her choice. As the customer I maintain MY choice. I was disheartened by the message she was sending that maybe I was being unreasonable. This left a bitter taste in my mouth that will linger for some time. I'm not saying I will not do business with Wolverine in the future but I will certainly keep my eyes open for other avenues of heavy equipment maintenance.--- UPDATE 2 ---With this update I am going down to 4-Stars. I discovered that the tractor engine service panel has been distressed as evidenced by the photo below. At first glance it might appear that it was merely a wrinkle in the edging but it is more than that. The entire panel is buckled. The locking handle does not automatically engage with the hold-down bolt but the panel must be pushed in and held in order for the latch to find its locking bolt. This was not a prior engagement process but is new with today's delivery of the tractor.Admittedly, the tractor is old but is not worthy of paying respect to its owner. I had to find the buckled service panel for myself. There is no question whatsoever as to this being a pre-existing condition as the manner of its attachment to the tractor is now all changed. You now have to press in the panel while turning the locking latch. For concluding remarks I must speculate. We have a poorly installed tire chain and a miss-aligned fwd/ref gear selector start-enable actuator. Somewhere in the work the service panel got in somebody's way and was crinkled by accident."No worries. The tractor is old"is likely the thinking of the help.In view of this second complaint, it is unlikely I will visit Wolverine Rental in the future.”
