“Seems like most of the reviews for this place reflect FedEx as a company and not this particular location. It is not open to the public but I had to take my package here because the store wouldn’t accept it because of the battery sticker. I buzzed the gate, the lady was super kind, took the package without complaint and I was on my way. Tracked the package and it left the facility around 3 hours later! I am grateful that she made this step in a rather complicated return process easy!Again: NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Do not arrive thinking you’ll be dropping your package at a storefront. There is a drop-box near the entrance though.”

“The UPS Store at 4077 Carpenter Road, Ypsilanti, MI, provides excellent service. There is never any wait. If the counter person is busy, another employee rushes up to help the customer who just walked in. Tamara, Sharieff, Cozette, Logan, and Emillio are super happy, friendly and efficient. This must be a great place to work as well as an outstanding business for us customers!”

“Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I rushed in here to get some important health documents I desperately needed printed asap before a major surgery. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and made sure to get my prints completed before the store closed. I'm touched by and thankful for the service I received here during such a stressful week.”
“This place is great. I found it looking online for a Notary, called and he was available right then. I drove to the Mail Shop, was able to get my papers Notarized, I asked if he could make a couple copies for me, he did, then was able to mail everything off. One stop. Lex, the female employee on shift that day stood and helped me for 45 minutes checking everything over because I didn't have my glasses. Marcus, the Notary and I believe the owner, was just as great. If you need something Notarized, call him first. He's available, and he will travel to you if needed. Just a great experience all around. Thanks Marcus and Lex, you made my afternoon much smoother ?”

“This store does a tremendous amount of work with limited resources. I've personally never had any issues shipping anything here; my go to. Hard-working, by-the-book, and respectful employees. Suprised by the low rating... Edit: Some of the other reviewers complain about the issues when returning Amazon packages... I had a similar experience but when it was explained to me, I took the time to understand and correct my mistake before coming back with the return boxed up. UPS is not Amazon... people forget that and take it out on these guys. Read the return instructions and you'll have no issues.”
