“Line outside at beginning of the event went quickly, very organized inside (merch and refreshments), friendly staff, great smaller venue to see a band. No bad seats here. Parking was a bit challenging. Recommend nearby walkable parking garage.”

“No words can express how unbelievably wonderful this venue is. First Ed and Kelly are the most kind and amazing owners, they treated everyone like family. I felt so heard and cared about. They made me and my husbands wedding the most magical, memorable, and perfect day. It was better than I ever dreamed. They go even farther than above and beyond. The whole staff was so wonderful, from Kaitlin to Cathy to the wonderful bartenders and rest of the staff everything went seamlessly. They made special accommodations for people that they didn't need to do, but did anyways. I have received tons and tons of compliments about the Valley and how beautiful it is. I can promise that anyone that chooses to get married here, will not be disappointed. I don't think there could have been an even better place. Please, check them out. I feel like I can not thank them all enough. The best way for me to thank them is to spread the word. “First time. Every seat is an awesome seat! I was so very lucky to see Rent for the first time (not even the movie) ever tonight! . Angel.... you stole my heart from the first note you sang!!!!!❤️❤️ The cast was unbelievable in my noobie opinion. These talented performers gave a Broadway worthy show. The chemistry was never forced, the music was fantastic, the staging was beautiful and atmosphere positive. You all rocked it tonight!”

“The space has a nice decor but is a bit smaller than I thought it would be from the outside. The event we attended was served from a buffet and had some of the best buffet food we have had. If the short ribs were served at their Roadhouse we would order them frequently.”
“Polo Fields is beyond excellent! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Polo Fields this past May, and I blown away by the professionalism and care Polo Fields provided! They made our special day beautiful and brought my vision to life? the food was excellent, and the staff was amazing especially the manager Brian! Brian was with us throughout our whole wedding reception planning process, he was nothing but professional. He always returned my calls and met with us in person several times to go over small details! If you are getting married in the near future I would highly recommend Polo Fields you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Polo Fields golf and country club for making my wedding dreams come true!!

“As the event organizer on my end, it was refreshing to have someone as patient as Dana (store manager) handling the other side of the agreement. Even right to the end, things were changing for me and I can only imagine how turbulent we must have seemed to Dana. But he stuck with my questions and addendums through and through and was very accommodating.Sam was also a huge help in the moment whenever a technical issue occurred or just stopping by to check on us, even passing along the message that we had more time than we thought!Super great team to work with, lots more to explore. “There was a scheduling mix up, which at first I was very frustrated with but they went above and beyond to make it right for us which redeemed the experience for me. They even opened shop early so we could still come that day and the woman was very kind to all of us. The paint splatter room experience was a lot of fun and a good creative outlet for kids and an activity that parents can do with them and have a good time too. I could see this being a great spot for a kids birthday party, team building activity, girls day, etc. My son already wants to go back!”
“Had a great time at this place. The go-carts were awesome (although a bit pricey), they had some good pinball and a bunch of retro games (ms. PAC Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger, etc.).”

“I stayed one night at the hotel (Oct 27-Oct 28). The service overall is good. Good room size, large desk, nice kitchen. Staff were nice. However, I have to take one star off due to my disappointed experience when I checked out. There were 02 ladies at the desk on the day I checked out and the one I talked to seem to be a staff ( the other one is a manager or shift leader). When I asked if they had some extra ice I could have because the ice maker in my room the night before could only make one little tray. The lady immediately said absolutely she had ice to give me some. However, after she finished talking to a guest before me, she checked on me and when she saw I was checking out, she changed her mind and said no she didn't have any ice. Notice that she was still at her counter desk the whole time and she didn't even go check wherever the office stored ice. This was disappointed how this employee treated leaving guest. Some ice cubes don't cost much, I stopped by to ask because in the check-in sheet mentioned the front desk has extra ice if the ice maker in the room doesn't make enough. Not worth losing point to save for the hotel.”
