“We were very pleased with the delivery crew from ABC Warehouse. There was a mix up on the refrigerator we purchased (not the fault of the delivery crew) and they were patient as we tried to figure out how the wrong refrigerator was sent. The same crew came back the next day with the correct refrigerator and made sure everything was right before leaving. Unfortunately I do not recall their names but they are top notch guys.”

“Every second of our experience inside seat n sleep was wonderful. Walking in, it wasn’t the typical stuffy furniture store feel, and the salesman wasn’t pushy. We were able to walk through and browse without being bothered or pushed to make a sale, big points there.The owner noticed us taking interest in several different sectionals and stepped in just long enough to give us the important information and stepped away again, exactly the right amount of attention for us. And he was incredibly personable and easy to talk to.And for the dog lovers out there (which I ? am) they have an amazing beautiful black shepherd there all the time that just made my whole day getting to love on. What a great mascot ❤️Overall, great company, great experience, and in my home I love my purchase. 10/10 I will be giving them my business again.”

“Over the past 20 plus years I have purchased 3 PC's, 2 laptops, a Children's Bedroom Set, a Living Room Set and 2 LED TV's from Aaron's. Never had a problem with them. One of my laptops failed, and they replaced it with the latest, greatest model, without effecting my payment agreement. Never had an issue with anything else. Will always go through them to purchase something I can afford. Sure, you pay damn near twice the regular cost, but to me, it was well worthwhile! They got to make money too to keep us happy!”

“Vandenberg's is a furniture store with nice higher end furniture. Our bedroom set is Amish made (not bought here) and we have Stressless furniture in our living room (again not bought here) and since they carry these as well we thought we'd come to see if some other pieces we need we could buy here. They do have some pieces we saw that we liked but although we did we were just looking and wanted to browse around alone the staff person (woman) kept not only following us around, but suggesting things and 'let me show you...' It got annoying really fast. We've been at numerous stores so far in our furniture search and never had this happen before. We were not impressed - at all. We left and I would give the store itself a 4 to 5 star; but that staff person a 1 star. I know everyone is different but if someone says they're just looking around please leave them alone! When they have a question or want your help they'll let you know.”
