“Every second of our experience inside seat n sleep was wonderful. Walking in, it wasn’t the typical stuffy furniture store feel, and the salesman wasn’t pushy. We were able to walk through and browse without being bothered or pushed to make a sale, big points there.The owner noticed us taking interest in several different sectionals and stepped in just long enough to give us the important information and stepped away again, exactly the right amount of attention for us. And he was incredibly personable and easy to talk to.And for the dog lovers out there (which I ? am) they have an amazing beautiful black shepherd there all the time that just made my whole day getting to love on. The furniture selection is beautiful, the prices are great, and the customer service was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door until the furniture was loaded into our truck.
Patsy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping us find exactly what we wanted. She ran all over the store answering questions, showing us options, and helping us pull everything together. We were having trouble finding an ottoman that met our specifications, and Patsy went the extra mile to locate the perfect one online for us to order.
Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the team even assisted my husband with loading everything into the truck.
