“I’ve been shopping at Big Lots for at least 10 years and this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at one. I bought several pieces of furniture and ended up getting the best deal I could find anywhere in the state. The store manager and everyone there were really helpful getting the whole order put together.
Tristan was especially helpful. I called the store several times with questions about measurements and he took the time to measure everything for me so I could make sure it would fit properly in my house. He also helped me load everything up when I picked it up.
Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with and I really appreciated all the help. Definitely recommend the Shelby Township store.”

“Used to be a place for savings on name brands. But like everywhere else. Getting pricey. Pay attention as some items are priced more than current retail elsewhere. Still some deals and unique items. But have to hunt fir them now.”
“Evert associate on the floor was friendly and didn't blink an eye when asked. The cashier went the extra mile to make sure I got all of my rewards savings. Really unusual for any store to be so good leading into Christmas.”
“The only thing I hated about the store was how cocky all the cashier are!!! Hated it and I use to work there!!! But lucky I met Brittany W in bakery!!! I took a chance to ask for a cake way too soon and she says I got you!!! She did so awesome on my daughter's 16th birthday cake!!! I truly appreciate the customer service and when I went there last year for my son's birthday everyone did not want to help me at all they did not care!!! Thank you Brittany!!!!
